Educational and Exchange Programs
The U.S. Government & the U.S. Embassy in Pristina sponsors various exchange program opportunities for Kosovo citizens, including high school students, university students, researchers and professionals. These include:
- Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Summer Institute - for 16-18 year old students
- The Kosovo Youth Exchange Program (KYEP) - for high school students
- YES Program – for high school students
- Kosovo Undergraduate (UGrad) Exchange Program – for undergraduate students
- Fulbright Student Program – for graduate students - (Currently open, deadline July 19, 2013)
- Fulbright Scholar Program – for post-graduate research - (Currently open, deadline November 15, 2013)
- Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program – for researchers and professionals (Currently open, deadline July 19, 2013)
- The Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF) - for graduate students - (Currently open, deadline July 8, 2013)
- Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP) - for university teachers.
- USDA Borlaug Fellowship Program in Kosovo
